Is this a good host

I'm new to all of this stuff but i'm wondering if this is a good host. You might want to sign up to see their cpanel but i don't know if it's good or not so if someone could check and tell me i'd love you! haha only a joke. Free Web Hosting with PHP, MySQL and cPanel, No Ads
